You may drop off and pick-up machines for service, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. For other hours (including evenings and weekends), please call 301-424-3818 or e-mail us at customerservice@coffeetico.com so we can coordinate a different time.

Espresso Machine Repair Service includes:

• Machine Diagnostic Includes: Complete diagnostic check of all components.
• Machine Cleaning Includes:
  • Complete external cleaning: Components will be degreased and any coffee beans or residuals will be removed. Brew group will be re-lubricated.
  • Complete internal cleaning. We will clean coffee beans and residuals; remove and clean burrs; and, clean doser channel components. Grinder will be reset. Descaling will be performed.
• Repair Service Fee - Flat Rate.
• Parts and Replaceable Components are Additional Cost: CoffeeTico Services ™ will contact you, after diagnostic check, if there are any damaged parts or components. All replacement parts are SAECO, GAGGIA & Solis parts and an hourly charge to replace them will apply. We will provide you with an estimate of the cost to repair (parts + labor + shipping) and we will not begin repairs until you have authorized us to replace the parts.
• Repair Services Warrantee: Repair services performed are warranted for 30 days. This warranty applies to CoffeeTico Services ™ work and does not cover unit failures caused by defective parts or materials supplied by SAECO USA. If any used parts were used, used parts are not warranted. Every machine we repair is thoroughly tested before being returned to the customer. Post-repair issues due to shipping damages, normal wear and tear, or damage due to misuse, negligence, lack of or improper cleaning, hard water and/or electrical surges are not covered under this repair warranty. If machine is returned to us under a claim of faulty repair and the problems are due to one of the previously mentioned clauses, the customer will be charged a minimum of one hour diagnostic labor which does not include any costs of repairing said damage. CoffeeTico Services ™ does not offer refunds whatsoever for any repair parts or repair labor. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from our workshop. If a customer is local, he or she is responsible for delivery and pick up of the machine.
